- Full ENT Examination.
Ear, nose and throat examination will be done with LED illuminated bright headlight. Assessment of cranial nerves also will be done. Neck examination to lookout for lymph nodes and other cancer-related pathology will be examined too. In vertigo cases full balance examination including Dix hall Pike test, nystagmus, Halmalgi head thrust and many more. - Nasoendoscopy.
A procedure to look inside your nose and sinus opening. It is used to determine the cause of congestion, sinus pain, nosebleeds or tumours. - Nasopharyngeal, Oral, larynx cancer Carcinoma Screening.
Screening can be done by doing a thorough examination with palpation and completed with Flexible Nasopharyngolaryngoscopy. - Microscopic Ear Toilet/suction clearance of wax, debris, keratin etc.
Full high definition microscope will be used to do gentle suctioning of the ear to improve the visibility of tiny structures in the ear. Different types and sizes of the suction tube will be used to prevent injury to the ear canal and eardrum. - Flexible Nasopharyngolaryngoscopy.
We use the smallest size flexible telescope to examine your voice box and throat. Painless procedure with good illumination.
- Audiometric (hearing) test.
Assessment of hearing using pure tone audiometry. In addition, tympanometry used to assess middle ear compliance on the presence of fluid in the middle ear.
- Removal of a foreign body.
All types of foreign body ear, nose and throat can be removed in a clinic setting. However difficult removal or poor accessibility will be done in the operation theatre. - Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) endoscopy for early cancer detection.
Narrow-band imaging is an advanced imaging system that applies optic digital methods to enhance endoscopic images and improves visualization of the mucosal surface architecture and microvascular pattern. It is suitable for numerous endoscopy procedures in ENT such as laryngoscopy, larynx, oral cavity, and sinus surgery as well as for procedures in otology.

- Endoscopic volumetric reduction of inferior turbinates eg Coblator, radiofrequency.

- Functional Endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).

Throat procedures:
- Excision biopsy.
- Tonsillectomy, Adenotonsillectomy- with multiple methods Cold steel, coblation, Monopolar and bipolar diathermy, Harmonic scalpel.
- Endoscopic laryngeal microsurgery (ELMS).
- Direct laryngoscopy and biopsy.
- Pan-endoscopy and biopsy.
- Rigid esophagoscopy and removal of a foreign body.
- Tongue-tie release.
Neck procedures:
